I have tried to book an event but it says I am "not eligible" to book.

In order for the website to recognise you are a member, you need to make sure you are logged in. If you do not have log in details please contact executiveoffice@hbaa.org.uk. If you are booking a training course, you need to log in, in order for the website to recognise you and give you the discounted rate.
